777cs Terms
& Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "777cs" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 777cs.bet, including all associated services, software, mobile interfaces, and customer support functions.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on 777cs, accesses the platform, or uses any service offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player following successful completion of the 777cs registration process.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent balance held within a Player's 777cs account for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or enhanced odds offer issued by 777cs to eligible Players subject to terms stated at the time of the offer.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gaming activity made available on the 777cs platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 777cs to comply with its international gaming licence obligations.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, content, game designs, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to 777cs.

To register and maintain an active 777cs account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any 777cs employee or affiliated business partner.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on any gambling platform, including 777cs.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active 777cs account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate accounts.

777cs is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. The KYC process may require submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months, showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence confirming ownership of the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, 777cs may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account.

777cs will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

777cs accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. 777cs reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 777cs account in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 777cs does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 777cs accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-method rule"), subject to available limits. A minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified in the cashier. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3. 777cs aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; actual transfer times depend on the payment provider.

• 777cs will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• Where 777cs has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a withdrawal request may be suspended pending investigation.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5).
• Accounts with outstanding KYC documentation will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.

777cs offers a variety of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and to the general conditions set out in this Section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. 777cs reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: 777cs reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate related winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

777cs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use at the time of the modification.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 777cs are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question, as well as the following general provisions:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once 777cs has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or insufficient funds are void.
• Odds and Prices: Odds displayed on the 777cs sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds at the time of confirmed placement are the binding odds for settlement purposes.
• Cricket and PSL Markets: All cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, international Test matches, and T20 tournaments, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). 777cs does not accept liability for errors in publicly reported scores prior to official confirmation.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief suspension period during which odds update. 777cs reserves the right to void in-play bets where a material event (e.g., a wicket falling) occurred during the suspension window and was not reflected in the offered odds.
• Casino Games: All casino games on 777cs use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available from the game provider. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers under standard Evolutions Gaming or Pragmatic Play Live rules as applicable.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant section of the 777cs platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of 777cs — having reviewed available system logs, official results, and game records — shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure described on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cs platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access game outcomes, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to corruption in sport.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive format.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or manifest pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 777cs for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777cs customer support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any 777cs software or system.

777cs is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777cs account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive in-platform notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used and all marketing communications will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from 777cs. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of five years and cannot be reversed at the Player's request during that period.

777cs reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where our safer gambling monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the Player has requested such measures.

All content on the 777cs platform — including but not limited to the 777cs brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777cs or its licensed suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 777cs.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777cs platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sub-license, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the 777cs platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cs excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the 777cs platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 777cs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where 777cs acts reasonably upon becoming aware of the error.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to a breach.

777cs's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in this Agreement limits 777cs's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

777cs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a 777cs account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777cs will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by our licensing obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate security safeguards.

Amendments: 777cs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the 777cs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Termination by Player: You may close your 777cs account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Termination by 777cs: 777cs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in prohibited activities as described in Section 7. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, 777cs may withhold account balances pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cs holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Complaints Procedure: Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact 777cs support in the first instance. 777cs will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 777cs's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
